[NCARC] Need help with a fund raiser bike race this Saturday June 9

Hi folks-  (Randy-would you forward this to the D-10 ARES list also?)

I'm scrambling and need some additional help!   There's a pretty cool bike
race/ road ride fund raiser for the Rist Canyon volunteer fire department
this coming Saturday June 9 that runs from 6 am to approximately 1 pm.
I'm looking for some additional operators to help in communications for a
rest stop (8 am to 1 pm or can split this shift in 2),  to be the shadow
person for the race marshall (6-1, can also split this in two parts),  and
several positions traveling around with mobile EMTs, SAG wagons, and shadow
referees.

Please consider helping--   we will be providing great hands-on training as
needed and you are helping a good cause.  For more information on the race--

A handheld will work for several of the positions--but for others you will
need a mobile 2M rig.

I'm hoping we will be able to use the 145.115 for most of the sites, but
will be doing some testing tomorrow evening (Tuesday) and may figure out
where to place our mobile repeater.
