[NCARC] Tech Net

Hi People,

Seance I have moved the Tech Net to Monday evening and even I have been
having trouble making the scheduled event.  I wonder if it might be a
good idea to move it again.

To expand the idea of the tech net I would like it to evolve into a
gathering to help fellow HAMs accomplish projects.
