[NCARC] ARRL elections

The once-every-three-years election for ARRL Director and Vice-Director
are coming up for the Rocky Mountain Division.

I'm giving some serious thought to running for Vice-Director  (I hear
there are already 2-3 candidates for director including the former
Vice.)

I need to get 10 ARRL members to sign my nomination form.
Signing the form is not a promise to vote for me in the election, or any
type of committment other than to say you won't be horribly embarrassed
to see my name on the ballot.
