Hi Steve,
Just confirming our phone conversation:

Annette and Crystal will work the visitor door selling tickets from
07:30 thru 10:00.  She will provide the initial change required but
do not have a cash box or the tickets.

I assume tables and chairs will be provided?

I'll plan on arriving at 06:00 and working thru about 12:00 wherever
you assign me.  I have a DSES meeting near Boulder after the Hamfest
so I can't work later.

and will run off some copies to post around.
