Webadmin's been naughty.... NAUGHTY NAUGHTY!

However, in a last ditch effort to get on Santa's GOOD SIDE before the 
holiday, he's updated the http://www.ncarc.net with lots of goodies, 
including all current newsletters, new and fun links, and the upcoming fest 
information.

Sorry for being a slacker...  New Year's Resolution is to do a better job of
