[NCARC] Coming

Hi NCARC,

I am telling you of a coming conflict I have.  Tues 01-May-2007 I won't
be able to run the Tech. NET.  If I am impressed with the group I may
join the group and have a continuing conflict.  I propose that we move
the Tech. NET to Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM local time.

If this is acceptable or unacceptable let me know
