[NCARC] APRS maps or coords

Another way to create a UI-View map is to get LatLong coordinates
of specific known places.

Lots of you have stored coords of places around here:

Estes Park, just west of 36/34 intersection
Loveland, just north of 29th or I-25/34 intersection
Berthoud, a little east thereof
Longmont, just south of Boulder County Fairgrounds or Hover and 119 or 
287 and 119.

With these LatLongs I can create a very specific map for UI-View.
