[NCARC] morse code practice net

two things:

1) I will be out of town next Friday, the 11th, so I will not be hosting
the regular Friday evening morse code practice on the 145.115 repeater
on that date.  I plan to be back to the regular schedule the following
week.

2) There was an article on the ARRL website  www.arrl.org about our
morse code practice net.  We meet on Fridays at 6:00 pm local time
on the 145.115 repeater for morse code practice.
