Hi again-
For the NCARC Hamfest coming up on September 17th- We still need someone
(or a few people) who would be interested in teaching some hams how to do
foxhunting Back when we started organizing the fest we had a volunteer to
lead this but he has since moved out of state. We've advertised this event
on the hamfest flyer as hands-on training at 9:00 am and a foxhunt at 11:00
am.
What we need is someone who knows how to do foxhunting and who would enjoy
explaining and demonstrating the art of foxhunting to a group of hams (maybe
10 or so). Several people have volunteered to help with the training and to
conduct the fox hunt, but we don't have anyone yet who has committed to lead
in the training. If several are interested it would be quite ok to have
co-trainers, also.
Please email or call me if you are interested in this (please!)
