[NCARC] PIC programmer wanted

No, not a person programmer, a chip programmer for
PIC microcontrollers.

I'm thinking maybe somebody has one they are not using.
If so, I'd like to hear from you.  It would be nice
if it worked on the recent model chips, but I really
need it for 16F84A and similar.
