[NCARC] Tech. NET

Hello People,

I am Kerry N0WIQ, I have enter into a time when I have a time conflict 
with when I hold the Tech. NET.  I have heard good suggestions about the 
direction I should take the net and I have had encouraging feed back 
about the Tech. NET.

I am sure there are people that would be a better net controller than I 
and I would like the net to continue even though I can't call the net my 
self.

As of now, the survival of the Tech. NET is up to participants.
