[NCARC] Some sad news

Hi everyone-

Some sad news has come our way.  Ken Howard, K0CPA, passed away this last
Sunday evening.  Ken was our NCARC treasurer for the last several years and
was actively involved in our club. He was a friend to many of us, and we
will certainly miss his presence and guidance.

I spoke a few hours ago with his son Patrick, N0PH who tested with and
received his license at the same time as his Dad.   Patrick knew his Dad was
involved with NCARC and invited us to attend funeral services to come and
remember and celebrate Ken's life.  Ken's funeral will be on Saturday July
23rd (1 week from our next club meeting) at 4:00 pm.  The services will be
held at the Resthaven Mortuary and Cemetery, 8426 S. Highway 287.  This is
on the east side of the road midway on 287 between Fort Collins and
Loveland.
