I don't live in Fort Collins or Loveland. The main
reason I'm a member is to support the VHF/UHF repeaters
that I use the most. And I like to meet the people
that I talk to on the repeaters.

I don't come down from Estes Park for many of the meetings.
I enjoy the ones I do attend, except that things kind of
drag out a little when decisions are being made. I think that
a more focused moderation style would help there, keep
people on track for the issue at hand.

We have had technical presentations in the past and I enjoyed
them. But if the discussion part of the meeting lasts more
than 1/2 an hour I don't want to sit through another hour
of technical presentation.

For goals, getting the repeaters happy is a big one. I am interested in IRLP
and I would be willing to do some of the Linux system building for that.
I wish I could partcipate more in repeater maintence, licensing classes, etc,
but being out of town precludes that. I would like to continue leading
the on-air cw practice net once we get the VHF repeaters stabilized.
