[NCARC] 115 update

Hi all-

We made an attempt to get up to the 145.115 repeater / transmitter to run
some experiments today on the pager, but unfortunately the ice covering the
road was so bad in several of the shady spots that we weren't able to safely
make it up.  As it was we had a few "white knuckle" periods of sliding
vehicle.   Yours truly - despite my working boots -- fell on the ice in
walking on a portion of the road to get Barry's 4 wheeler turned around.
Nothing hurt but my pride ;)     Next time we will probably take shovels and
chains with us.

I'll keep everyone updated on the next attempt.
