[NCARC] 115 update

An FYI on the 145.115---

Thanks to all for the kind offers to help in some way with the 145.115
interference issues.  We still need to run an experiment to rule in / rule
out the current theory about mixing occuring in the Rule communications
pager.    Last week the weather didn't allow us to make a trip up the hill,
this week I've had several urgent deadlines at work, and no one else has
been able to head up to run the experiment.

If this is possible for anyone-- I'm available to go up the hill to run the
experiment anytime between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm on Friday 1/21 or anytime
Sunday 1/23.   Would this work in anyone's schedule?  I think the weather
should cooperate.
