[NCARC] Looking for club antenna analyzer

I believe that the club has an antenna analyzer and I was hoping that it
could be located so that I could use it this week.

This weekend the EOSS is having another balloon flight out of Windsor and
we're planning on tracking it's 427.25 mhz ATV with the DSES 60 ft dish down
near Boulder.

At any rate, I'd like to use a tunable dipole I have with the dish but before
installing it, I need to verify where it is tuned and as required, re-tune it.

In the event that the club analyzer can not be found, maybe someone has can
help me tune this antenna some other way.
