[NCARC] Tour deCure portable repeater site

For anyone who is interested, here are some pictures of where I was set 
up on Storm Mountain last Saturday as a portable repeater to get 
coverage into Thompson Canyon.  It worked traffic in the canyon and rest 
stops in Estes Park and Glen Haven.
