[NCARC] Tour de Cure repeater

Hey all,

In trying to get coverage into the canyon for the Tour de Cure, we are 
planning to take the 146.625 repeater up to Storm Mountain as a mobile 
unit, so we don't have to cross-band repeat.  Net control should be able 
to reach this repeater directly.  If I go up to Storm Mountain the night 
before, I will let the list know and we can give it a good playing with.

This will also explain why the Rawhide repeater doesn't respond for the 
next few days.  It should be back in place on Sunday.
