[NCARC] Proposed NET

Dear Members,

Proposal;

I propose the idea a open forum NET called 'Tech NET”

Prerequisites:
Attend with an open mind.
The desire to share thoughts.

You must know:  The only dumb question is the one that is not asked.

The precept I am basing the name on is:  A person can NOT escape dealing 
with some aspect of Technology.

I realize a fair amount of this kind of chatter goes on with this 
repeater.  I am proposing a scheduled, cohesive gathering.

I would conduct this NET  on Tuesday at 07:00 PM (19:00).
