[NCARC] September newsletter

I have attempted to send September's newsletter by email
to those that have requested as such.

There may be several problems yet.
If your email address is through arrl.net, the binary file may
not go through.
You may not be able to use an msword.doc file.
We will try to convert future issues to acrobat.pdf files.


If you would like to receive the newsletter by email
and save the club some postage, please send me a
good email address.
