[NCARC] EOSS Balloon launch near Windsor this weekend.

Hi everyone;

Just a heads up about a radio activity this weekend.

The EOSS (Edge of Space Sciences?) club is planning
a balloon launch this weekend from west of Windsor.
Launch is at 09:00 and preparation starts at about
07:00, Saturday morning with Sunday the rain (ha ha)
date.

After launch the mission at the launch site typically
lasts about 2 hours with the activity being
communications, telementry & control and high altitude
ATV (live television) from the balloon.  

As long as there is some blue sky and little wind
it should happen.  If you've never been to a launch
you'll probably find this fun and educational.
