[NCARC] 115?

   Hi all,

  Was wondering if someone could shed some light about what is going
  on with the 145.115- machine.   I have heard all sorts of rumors
  and I take it it is still down?  Just wondered if someone could
  tell me what is REALLY happening with it?  Thanks!!
