[NCARC] SEVERE WEATHER CLASS

HI folks we finally have a room for our severe weather class. Thanks greatly
to Richard, K0RAW.  It is St Paul' Congregational Church In Greeley.

This years class features presentations from Bog Glancy of the National
Weather Service in Boulder, and our own Brent Shaw, KB0URX who works as a
meteorologist for the Department of the Air Force our of the offices
adjacent to the National WX Service. And other presenters from our own local
ARES Group.

Here are the Details
TIME:
Check in is between 7:30 and 8: 00 AM PLEASE BE Early as we would like to
start on time.

Length of the class:  Expect to be there most of the day... Looking at 8:00
AM to 4:00 Pm.

Date:  Saturday, May 4, 2002

Cost: $10.00 Fee's are payable at the door.

Includes:  Class & Lunch (lunch will be Pizza and drinks.) We are serving
lunch on the premises to make sure that we can start on time and allow for
other activities planned for the lunchtime period to continue. Other eating
facilities are not real close and wait times cannot be guaranteed.

We are not supplying manuals this year, however we do have them available by
special order for a printing cost of $7.00 They may be ordered at the noon
hour and must be paid for in advance. Delivery arrangements will generally
be at club meetings. WARS, NCARC and LRA.

Location & directions:

Located at 1525 43rd Ave, Greeley, CO 80634.    Using Hwy 34 and I-25 as a
starting point. Here are the directions:
Start on E EISENHOWER BLVD/E US-34 0.2m
Continue on E US-34 2.4 mile
Continue on US-34 EAST 3.1 mile
Continue on US-34-BR EAST towards GREELEY 7.6 mile
Turn Right on 43RD AVE 0.6 mile
