Folks,

Got a chance to test my Anderson Power Pole system for real today, while
on ARES detail.

I was required to put my radio in another vehicle. Got the job done in
10 min. with no tools! Long ago I made up a series of pigtails, one for
each power source, another for each radio. Each terminated on the other
end with an Anderson PP pair. This website shows some of the pieces in
my interconnect system:

Note the Cig. Plug in the pictures is rated at 10 amps, bought from
Power Werx.

Today I used an Icom 2100H, it's supplied power cord was shorted and
terminated with a PP pair. I then used my Cig Plug pigtail, connected an
antenna, and away I went. Perhaps my system will help spark ideas useful
for you.
