Hi folks-

Am selling a complete fully-functional Heathkit SB303/401 ham station to a
good home ...... I need to make room in my ham shack.
See www.questkit.com/HamRigForSale.htm

This set consists of:

Heathkit SB401 transmitter, SB303 receiver w/ CW filter , SB-600 station
speaker, SB-630 station console, HD-10 electronic keyer, and Model 638
ElectroVoice station microphone. The SB-401 is tube based. I replaced the
two final tubes (6146's) a few years ago and have only operated the rig
about 25 hours on the new tubes. The rest are transistor/IC based when
active devices are used.

Im selling it as is and you are most welcome to come try it out. Im
selling all these as a package for $175.00 firm. This includes delivery in
the Northern Colorado area. I would rather sell it to a local ham.... but
will
put this out on e-Bay if no one is interested locally.

The rig is in good to excellent condition. There are some small paint chips
missing around the front edges of the SB303 receiver and a slight smudge on
the faceplate that looks worse on the picture than it looks in person. The
receiver mode switch has a couple of noisy contacts that need cleaning. I am
the original owner/builder (it has been about 23-25 years now) and have all
of the manuals and accessory cards. A couple of the RCA connectors/jacks
could use some solder touchup. Otherwise all of the features work well. I
was an experienced Heathkit builder at the time of building these kits (this
set was about the 15th and up Heathkits I put together back in the mid 1970
s.)
