[na0tc] TechFest 2026 is one month away - help needed!

Hi everyone,

TechFest is coming up fast - 4 weeks from Saturday - and things are shaping
up well. John Stevens has been doing a great job of promoting the event,
and it's now listed on the ARRL website as an ARRL Sanctioned Event. The
ARRL is also donating gift certificates to use as giveaways.

As you probably know, TechFest is the club's #1 fund raising, membership,
and visibility event of the year, and it takes a village to pull it off. So
I need your help!

We've had a couple of wrinkles this year, including a discovery that the
church is having an event in the meeting room the night before until
8:30pm, so we likely won't be able to do any setup until Saturday morning.
To that end, I've moved the start time for the event to 10am, with
registration starting at 9am.

Given that we won't be able to do setup until Saturday morning, we could
REALLY use some early birds to come to the church as early as 6am to help
us gather tables from around the church, do room setup, put up signs, etc.
There are also a number of other roles that we could use help with,
including help with the registration table, speaker coordination, a
photographer, help with food and beverage, etc, etc.

There are a number of roles that only take an hour or two, or require
minimal time commitment during the event, so you won't have to worry about
missing anything.

Also, be aware that we will have a "free" table for folks to give away
stuff they don't want (limited to ham radio / electronics, please) and a
couple of demo tables for folks that want to show off a project / product /
group / etc,. so feel free to bring your free stuff and projects!
