[na0tc] Reminder: August 1 club meeting @ Chatfield

Hi all,

This is a reminder that our August club meeting will be our annual field
trip at Chatfield Reservoir this Saturday, August 1st, starting at 8:00 AM.

This event will be a club POTA activation hosted by Corey (N5YCO). You are
welcome to bring your own equipment (please operate using QRP power levels)
or drop in to check out the activation using the radios provided. It
promises to be a fun weekend to activate, as it coincides with the annual
Colorado 14er and mountaintop event, so there will be plenty of
opportunities for QSOs.

Larry (K0MHO) will be providing coffee and donuts, but please remember to
bring your own water and sunscreen. If you take pictures during the event,
please share them with me so I can post them to the club website.

I won't be able to attend this year as I will be traveling to my daughter's
wedding, but you will be in great hands with Corey, Larry, and the rest of
the crew.
