[na0tc] It’s TechFest GO TIME!

Hi all,

As you know, TechFest is tomorrow! Thanks in advance to everyone who is
pitching in to help make this year’s event a success.

In case you haven’t signed up to help out, we can always use extra hands
for set up tonight starting at 6pm and tomorrow morning starting at 7am. If
you can meet us at the church to help out, I would really appreciate it.

Tonight is set up, which is mostly just to set up all of the tables and
chairs, get the AV set up and get ready for folks to arrive starting at 8am
tomorrow.

Tomorrow we can definitely use more help for a number of things, including
registration, food/beverage, helping with the lunch order, ensuring that
people fill out feedback forms, helping with the door prize
giveaways, taking pictures, and general tasks as they come up. So if you
could make yourself available for any of these, I’d really appreciate it.

And a huge thanks to all of the folks who have already volunteered to help
out!

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the event tomorrow — it’s going
to be a lot of fun!
