[na0tc] CRA digital link is probably down

Hi all,

I heard from Nate WY0X that they’re lost power at the site where the
digital equipment is located, so it’s likely that the DMR and EchoLink
links will be down for tonight’s net. The VHF and UHF link is up so no
issues on the analog side.

I’m in Palo Alto CA so I won’t be joining the net unless the links come
back up.
