[na0tc] TechFest is less than a month away--I need your help!

Hi all,

TechFest is upon us--coming up quickly, on November 2 We have the speaker
lineup locked in, and as usual we will hold the event at the Bridge Church
in Lakewood,

You'll also find a flyer on the website (thanks to Jed for creating and
distributing it).

I NEED YOUR HELP,

Thanks to the club members that have already signed up to help with the
event, but I still need help from the rest of you, particularly around
publicizing the event.

How can you help? SPREAD THE WORD. Mention TechFest on nets, during QSOs on
local repeaters, during meetings for other local clubs, on Facebook, etc
etc. If we can crowd source PR, it would be a huge help. If we're going to
make this year's event a success, we need to pack the room.

We are also still looking for giveaways to use as door prizes. The club
will fund the grand prize, which will be a new Yaesu FT-4XR HT, but we
still need prizes for the other four breaks. This could be gift
certificates from local businesses, new equipment that's not needed, etc
etc.

Thanks in advance for your help and I hope to see you all at Saturday's
club meeting!
