Hi everyone,

Mark Ehr (K0EHR) will be conducting a virtual broadcasting test during the
March 4 club meeting. Any club member that can't make it to the meeting in
person is more than welcome to participate.

Please remember that since this is the first time doing this, there may be
technical glitches. Thanks in advance for your understanding. We're
planning on broadcasting the meeting as well as the technical
presentation, including webcam video of the speaker(s) and slides.

We will be using Zoom for the meeting. It is highly recommended that you
install the Zoom app on your computer, tablet, or mobile device prior to
the start of the meeting; click here <https://zoom.us/download> to access
the Zoom downloads page. It's also possible to join Zoom meetings via a web
browser, however this tends to be less stable than the app.

Here's the link to join the meeting:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/85983110155?pwd=cEdoWW9wUjVpUk40MlVLQnRUaDFtdz09

In case the link doesn't work for you, the Zoom Meeting ID is 859 8311 0155
and the passcode is na0tc.org

In order to provide the best possible experience for all, please follow
these simple rules:

1. Plan on joining 5-10 minutes early (~9:50am MST)
2. Make sure your microphone is muted at all times. Webcam is totally
optional.
3. For this session, questions from remote attendees will be taken only via
the Zoom "chat" function. For future meetings, the goal is to provide a way
for remote folks to be able to ask questions verbally.

That's it! The session will also be recorded, and we will post the session
recording to the club website within a day or two of the meeting.

Thanks and we hope to see everyone there--physically or virtually!
