[na0tc] TechConnect website is now using https

Hi Everyone.

I have upgraded the club web site to use the secure transport, https. You
should not notice anything, other than if you use http in the URL, it will
automatically redirect. Although it isn't necessary, you might go ahead and
update any browser bookmarks, or links you have on web pages you maintain.

Please let me know if there are any issues with page loading, or anything
else with the club website. My contact is my call sign (at) arrl.net.
