[285 TechConnect Radio Club - Morrison, Colorado]

The 285 TechConnect Radio Club will hold our monthly meeting from 10:00 am -
Noon on Saturday 11/2/2019. Socializing, coffee, and donuts (a staple of
radio club meetings) start at 9:30 am.

 

Frank Ivan K0FEI will be giving a talk on JS8CALL, a digital format that is
more interactive than FT8.

Larry Weinstein K0NA will give a short presentation on how much RF is in the
air. This came from the question "How much peak power would a simple source
follower have to have using a short receive only antenna?".

 

The meeting will be held at Intercanyon Fire Protection District station #3
at 8445 S Highway 285, Morrison CO
