It is likely that AREDN will release version 4.26.1.0 ~1/15/2026.
As nodes move to version 4, Optimised Link State Routing (OLSR) only
nodes
will no longer be routed. Nodes running code released before
3.25.5.0
will no longer be routed in 4.26.1.0.
Version 3.25.10.0 is the current latest stable code release.
Version babel-20251212 is designated as the release candidate for
4.26.1.0.
At this time, everyone 'should be' running 3.25.10.0 or
babel-20251212.
Check out the current local map (on many of the nodes with my
callsign).
The map is live and will be generated when you view it.

As of this time, there are 250+ nodes, so it may take a minute to
load.
http://nc8q-mvhs-kettering.local.mesh/foo/map/#5.1/35.75/-80.06
will display 99% of our current MVMA LAN.
I have temporarily linked our 109 network nodes with the 142 nodes
on
the Warner Robbins, GA, and Montgomery, AL, group.
I suggested that that group install a 'supernode'.
A 'supernode' is like your home router, it 'provides access to an
intranet',
but does not display the entire intranet.
A 'supernode' is a DNS server for a LAN.
I plan to attend the Guinett County GA 'techfest' 1/31/2026 and the
Orlando FL Hamcation® 2/13-15/2026.
