The Tuesday December 23 9:15 PM Teamtalk conference will be a club meeting
wherein business may take place.

Agenda:

1. Replace current KE8MVM trustee.
2. Renew KE8MVM license.
   
3. Replace Bill as treasurer by mid-2026.
   
4. Proposal to change the club name
   from Miami Valley Mesh Alliance
   to Miami Valley Microwave Alliance.

Please share any other proposed business before 9:15PM 9/23/2025.
