If you are an ARRL member, earlier today you would have received an
ARRL Member Bulletin. (Wednesday September 17, 2025).  This bulletin is
asking you to go to https://send-a-letter.org/hoa/  where it will then
ask you to enter your callsign, then press the "send my letters"
button.  Two steps and you're done!

But, what have you done?  You have just sent a letter, which will be
hand delivered to your US House Representative and two Senators by an
ARRL retained lobbyist in Washington, DC.  This letter is supporting
the passage of House Bill 1094 and Senate bill S459 - identical bills
which would provide the ability of Hams living in HOA communities to
erect antennas and participate in our hobby, most specifically in the
provision of Emergency Communications, for which we are Federally
licensed.

This is a last ditch effort to get this legislation passed before the
end of the current legislative session.  Th e strategy is to get as many
letters in the hands of our legislators as possible, as quickly as
possible, to get this legislation passed before any credible counter
measures can be taken by those who would like to see us fail.
Please!  Act quickly and get this done!  Legislators respond to this
type of correspondence from individuals, and the ARRL is making it easy
for you to participate!

****Important note: ANY  licensed Amateur Radio Operator is invited
(and requested) to participate in this program - you DO NOT have to be
an ARRL member!  All you need is a valid callsign.  Please forward
this email to any and all Amateur Radio Operators you know!  We are
looking for large numbers to make this happen.
