I think that is correct. I was abusing my hAP ;-). I had 13 DHCP reservations and WiFi to multiple computers as well as a couple of tunnels and many links for services. I think if you use the hAP without all the extra garbage, it will perform well. I am still using one at BARC over the tunnel and it does just fine with the new firmware.
