Please do not purchase equipment before getting more information on what might work specific to your location.
AREDN neworking is not like buying a HT to reach a local 100 watt repeater on a +200' tower.

Is your residence temporary, a rental, a lease, or restricted by an HOA?
What is the latitude and longitude of your tower in decimal degrees?
This area of Ohio has many valleys carved by the encroachment and retreat of glaciers and
covered with mature trees easily topping out at 70' above ground level.
You may or may not be in a 100' deep valley, but most assuredly, will have trees that absorb EHF and SHF energy.
There are several Beavercreek hams active in AREDN networking.
There is 1 ARDEN active Beavercreek ham that has a device higher than 40' above ground level.
