[MVMA] I think I fixed the internet access to my teamtalk and PBX server

I had lost home WAN to the AREDN devices and servers in the garage.
Many of my services failed while I was in Florida these last 3 weeks.
I have reprogrammed the VLAN routers in the house and garage.

Please test.

PBX:
Please test your extensions. You may use x1092 for date/time announcement.

Plain Old Telephone System (POTS):
Dial out 79-xxx-xxx-xxxx works.
Dial out 79 xxx-xxxx dials 937-xxx-xxxx works.
Dial out 80-xxx-xxx-xxxx works.
Dial out 80 xxx-xxxx dials 937-xxx-xxxx works.
Dial in 937-907-1051, wait dial extension works.
Dial in 937-739-7373, wait dial extension fails. :-(
