[MVMA] Polycom vvx 300 IP phones available

George Ewing WD8NHI has about 9 Polycom vxx 300 VoIP phones pulled from 
service.
I set one up as an extension on nc8q-raspbx from here at booth 412 at the
Fort Wayne Hamfest.
