[MVMA] Situation report: Dayton Mall (a.k.a. 1PP)

Sometime in the last 7 months, the link from MVHS to 1PP has been offline.
I have recently figured out a way to power up an AREDN station in my new 
car.
(My previous car had a 120 volt outlet.)
Anyhow, I drove to the Dayton Mall and set up my AREDN station.
I found all 4 nodes running (Yeah!, but with year old firmware).
I am trying to figure out why the link between 1PP and MVHS is failing.
This is a very clear path and the 2 SXT-5nd nodes should be linking.

I have bumped up the priority of this site as the Veterans Administration
Amateur Radio Station group has been re-activated post covid.
The opportunity to put some AREDN nodes on the roof of the medical 
center is likely.
