[MVMA] nc8q-pbx dial in/out to PSTN was offline during hamvention

I was hoping to display my PBX link to the public switched telephone network
during hamvention, but it was offline.
I have refreshed (relearned) the configurations using the GUI on my 
Asterisk server.

I have added the ability to dial out to the PSTN with a single prefix.

8NXXNXXNXXX dials out via 9377397373
8NXXNXXX dials out 937NXXNXXX (7 digit speed dial when calling local)

9NXXNXXNXXX dials out via 937-907-1051
8NXXNXXX dials out 937NXXNXXX (7 digit speed dial when calling local)

Outside calls coming in can dial an existing PBX extension.
Outside calls cannot dial the conference rooms (1093/1080) direct, but
once an outside call is answered by an extension, it can be transferred to
a conference via ##1093 or ##1080.

To transfer a call press ## then the extension number.

The 'open' conference room extension is 1093.
The 'closed MVMA' conference room extension is 1080; passcode=MVMA(6862).
