[MVMA] Nodes on battery, no wall warts

I have been thinking of doing this for a few years.
I did it today.
My NC8Q-Kettering-MVHS and NC8Q-SERVICES1 and some workbench projects
in the garage are now POE'ed from my solar power battery.
No wall-warts!
