[MVMA] Kettering side of the MVHS<>Kettering link is up.

I finished the repair of my link to MVHS today just before noon.
I had set the power level to 1dBm while I was to be on the tower.
A the top of the tower, I used the 'sound' feature of the AREDN
firmware UI with my cell phone to adjust the direction.
About 12:45 I checked the signal and found the MVHS end was only
seeing a 8dB SNR and 2.1 mbps.
Then I remembered that I had set the TX power to 1dBm.
I set the power to 28 dBm.
Looking good now.
I am seeing ~29-30 dB SNR.
