[MVMA] Internet access and supernode tunnel to Clinton County

All seems well regarding the internet access on the local AREDN network.

The legacy and wireguard tunnels to Clinton County have been removed.

The supernode tunnel linking Montgomery/Greene and Clinton Counties 
looks good:
