[MVMA] Local nodes now 61, was 72

61 nodes, 172devices; down from 72 nodes.

Now that the Clinton County Supernode is operational,
the Clinton County local nodes do not appear on our local network.
When we get the PBX trunks working again, NC8Q-RASPBX extensions
can dial Clinton County extensions, but if you do not update your DNS,
you will not be able to IP dial into Clinton County.
