100% Quality is not a user goal, because the firmware protocol always
chooses a MCS that
results in the highest throughput...not the fewest retransmissions.
100% LQ/NLQ is a user goal as these frames are always sent at slowest
MCS (802.11b) and at maximum power.
If you cannot copy those frames well, you have a poor link. :-|
I consider 50% Quality to be a lower threshold.
