[MVMA] Channels available for testing at MVHS

A 20 MHz test  channel needs a blank cell above and below the test channel.
A 10 MHz test channel may have a blank or  '.' adjacent, but not a '..' 
adjacent cell.
Ferry and Home2Suites have no RF links and can be moved out of the way.
