[MVMA] New Ham Dashboard

Hi,

I updated the map to show propagation across the Atlantic for all bands.
Basically, Red-Orange-Yellow are the higher frequencies with Yellow being
10M and Blue-Indigo_Violet being the lower frequencies. The maps are taken
from the Weather Women's website
