[MVMA] New Ham Dashboard

Hi,

I have added the Ham Dashboard app to my mesh services. It shows several
weather and ham related panels. There are also additional items in menus
that pop out if you move your mouse cursor to the left or right edge of the
display (including a livestream of my Clublog contacts).
